It's always the people who make the difference and the two who looked after us during our stay could not have been better. Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.

The hotel was perfect. The facilities were great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and always willing to assist with our queries. The rooms were cleaned daily and all areas of the hotel were very well maintained. The location was also great as it was close to the centre of Kranska Gora and the skiing slopes.

Družinsko voden hotel Boutique Skipass je svoja vrata odprl decembra 2012. Super clean and beds were SO comfortable! Fabulous modern TV plus a sauna on the lower floor . Staff were lovely and really helpful when trying to ski at another resort - extremely knowledgeable. Breakfast also was delicious and plenty of it !

My wife and I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which is just a 5-minute walk from the crowded town center. Even the standard rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the renovated bathrooms added a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful and self-served. We also recommend trying the hotel's restaurant for dinner.

Breakfast has variety of choice, hotel was very close to ski slopes and centre. Room had all amenities and was very well looked after by housekeeping lady. The staff were kind to give us detailed information on a day trip to lake Bled and surroundings as well as suggested a restaurant with famous chef who has a Michelin star, the experience of that trip made it the highlight of our stay.
